Publishing a Draft

How to publish a draft of content using the HTMLHypertext Markup Language. A set of tags used to mark the structural elements of text files. HTML files include tags that create hyperlinks to other documents on the Internet. Pro module. Note: This tutorial only applies to the Save Draft and Content Approval workflows and custom workflows with multiple states.

  1. Go to the required HTMLHypertext Markup Language. A set of tags used to mark the structural elements of text files. HTML files include tags that create hyperlinks to other documents on the Internet. Pro module.
  2. Select Edit  > Permission Granted Publish from the HTMLHypertext Markup Language. A set of tags used to mark the structural elements of text files. HTML files include tags that create hyperlinks to other documents on the Internet. Pro module actions menu.

  1. In the Edit Content text box, enter a comment. Note: This applied only to Content Approval workflow, not for the Save Draft workflow as the comment provides communication between the published and the approver and the Save Draft workflow does not need approval.
  2. Click the Add Comment link.
